Before the holiday break I just wanted to say Thank you for being consistent and very responsive when I need things.
Anyway, I'm sure Kathy has shared, I've been a customer for several years now and have gone through several sales reps that have not always been up to par. Kathy took over my account and has of course always been so wonderful and helpful. When she sent me to you I was worried that I wouldn't get the same level of customer service that I had been receiving from Kathy. I'm here to say that for sure it is not the case, and I've been very happy.
On another note, GREAT SUGGESTION on the hoodies. They are incredibly light and soft, and I know my team will LOVE them! Thank you again dear and I wish you a very Happy Holiday if I do not email you before the break.
